Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy work that helps the body and mind move out of “fight-or-flight” and into a calmer, more balanced state. You don’t need to believe in anything specific for it to work. You don’t need to change your worldview. You just need to be open to feeling better.

A 15–20 minute call

We start with a short conversation. What’s heavy right now? What do you want to release? What would “lighter” feel like for you? No script, no jargon just listening.

Focused remote energy work

Based on what you share, I tailor a remote Reiki session to your specific needs. You don’t have to travel anywhere. Wherever you are your home, a hotel room between meetings, your office with the door closed that’s where we work.

About Matt

Hi, I’m Matt

Before discovering Reiki, I spent more than 20 years in IT consulting and corporate Learning & Development. I’ve lived the deadlines, the constant change, the endless notifications, and the pressure to keep up in a world that never seems to slow down. I understand firsthand the stress, uncertainty, and mental exhaustion that so many people carry every day.

In 2022, I moved to Tenerife, Spain, and began studying massage therapy. As I worked with people, I noticed something. The tension I felt beneath my hands wasn’t always just physical. Again and again, the body seemed to be holding stories—stress, worry, grief, overwhelm, and emotions that had never been given the chance to fully release.

I also began to explore consciousness, energy, and the deeper connection between mind and body. That journey eventually brought me to Reiki.

For me, Reiki is about creating a space where the nervous system can soften, the mind can become quieter, and the body can remember what balance feels like.

In a world that constantly demands more of us, Reiki offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and support the body’s natural ability to restore harmony and well-being.

Questions, answered

Does remote Reiki really work?

Yes. Energy work isn’t bound by physical proximity. Many clients report stronger results from remote sessions because they can fully relax in their own space — their own bed, their own quiet, no logistics, no commute.

Do I need to do anything during the session?

Nothing. You’ll be guided to find a quiet, comfortable place. Some people lie down, some sit. You can close your eyes, listen to music, or just breathe. The only thing required is that you let yourself be still for the length of the session.

Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care?

No. Reiki complements therapy, medical treatment, and other forms of self-care — it doesn’t replace them. If you’re working with a therapist or doctor, please continue. Reiki sits alongside that work, not instead of it.

How often should I do it?

Some clients book once when something specific is heavy — before a big presentation, after a hard quarter, during a transition. Others do monthly maintenance sessions, the way they would the gym or therapy. We’ll figure out what makes sense for you on the intro call.
